Scott started out in financial services in 2003 and has learned his trade in a variety of roles, gaining his qualifications and finally settling as the Director of his own company, Palm Financial Management Ltd in 2014. Scott loves to sit down and find out about people to see how he can help give them a plan for the future they deserve or find a solution to their financial query. In his free time, he is a keen golfer and avid football fan, and loves to spend time with his family and friends.

Janine Cowling

Janine has over 20 years’ experience in financial services, first starting life working in financial services for high street banks in 1999, then transferring those skills over to West Yorkshire Police where she worked latterly as a Business Manager. She then decided to return to Financial Services and has worked as a founding member of the Palm Financial Management team since 2014. As a Paraplanner, she is always on hand at to provide technical support to the financial advice process, as well as supporting the team and clients alike with whatever they need. In addition to this she assists in the day to day running of the business to ensure a swift and easy client experience.

Favourite kids TV show growing up: Button Moon, Trapdoor or Family Ness, it’s hard to choose, those were the days!
Preferred Office Drink: Just a good old Yorkshire Tea with plenty of milk
Kevin Morrison

Kevin began his career in financial services in 2001, after completing his Accounting and Finance degree at Liverpool John Moores. Kevin has worked in a number of roles in the industry, gaining his adviser qualifications and finding his home here at Palm. He has then added a certified coaching qualification with a view to helping clients in achieving their goals and life ambitions. Away from work, him and his wife, spend most of their time keeping 2 young boys entertained and out of mischief, he’s into wellness & keeping fit. With any spare time he might squeeze in watching a Liverpool football game.

Jo has worked in Financial Services since 2004 and currently works for both Ascot Lloyd and Palm Financial Management Ltd. Jo is the master of all things accounts and helps with client data input and day to day queries, bringing her wealth of experience to the team. When she is not juggling two jobs and three children, Jo loves to get her trainers out and go for a run. She is currently in training for the Leeds Marathon and any others she can fit in in between.

Paul has worked in financial services since 1993 and has worked in a variety of roles. He now combines his time as a BDM for Palm Financial Management Ltd, along with juggling his career as a football agent. Although dealing with non-football clients, Paul’s primary focus is to help young footballers seek advice via Palm Financial, to help them financially off of the pitch.
in his free time, he likes nothing better than a good walk with his Labradoodle Marley, spending time with his 3 children and playing golf

Jodi Dalby

Jodi is new to the world of Financial Services, but brings a strong administrative background from various previous roles, including working for the NHS and in the Education Sector. Jodi helps with day to day admin and data input in the office and deals with client queries via telephone and email. When not in work, Jodi spends much of her time with her football mad family which consists of 2 teenage Step-Sons and a 6 year old Son who are all Leeds United fans, so she is kept busy on weekends as all 3 boys play for different football teams!

Favourite Football Team: No choice but to support Leeds as I am outnumbered at home and no stranger to bitter disappointment!
Favourite holiday destination: Any of the Greek islands and dream of living over there one day.
